I love diving deep into needs analysis and crafting targeted, clear, effective training that helps turn challenges into successes. I apply these skills to help organizations create top-notch learning experiences, whether it’s through instructor-led workshops, interactive eLearning courses, video tutorials, or straightforward job aids. I also enjoy facilitating training, staying curious, and building meaningful connections with learners.
